We have made it easier for our valued customers now to request a return. It's as simple as following this link: https://ericjavits.happyreturns.com/ . Have your order number and the email address you used when you made your online purchase, ready. 

A Return Shipping Label will be provided to you at the end of the Returns process. Kindly note that we charge a Handling/Restocking Fee of $22 for all refunds. If you choose to Exchange or decide on a Store Credit (Gift Card) this fee will be waived. 

Please note: we can not accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used or items that have been washed, damaged, or otherwise altered. Removal of tags and labels will qualify the item as being worn.
