Didn't receive your order even though the tracking link says it was delivered?

If you think your package is lost or missing, we advise you to check around your mailbox and also check with neighbors to see if it was given to the wrong person. Sometimes the tracking status is updated incorrectly and the package usually turns up a few days after the stated delivery. However, we do understand that exceptions can happen. 

 

If you still haven't received the item in 3 business days, please get in touch with FedEx and file a claim. Please use this link File a Claim Once completed they will provide you with a claim number. Please forward that claim number to us so we can reship you the order.
