Please note that we cannot always guarantee a successful cancellation or changes in the delivery address or product selected.

We know you cannot wait to receive your new Eric Javits item!  That's why, once the order has been placed and the products purchased are in stock, we will begin production. However, you should contact our Customer Service as soon as possible and one of our agents will get back to you with more informations on your order status.

If the order is still in preparation for shipping out there is a big chance that you might be able to modify or cancel your order.
